Not helpful, app does not have good reviews in Korean, not sure why this is necessary for SKT customers to use this app for the transportation card feature of credit card

Hello, customer. This is SK Telecom's SEIOAgent operation team. SEIOAgent is an intermediate interface app for communication between apps that provide USIM additional services (NFC, authentication, etc.) and the USIM and does not operate separately. Please note that it is an app that works in the background and does not run directly. Thank you.

고객님, 안녕하세요. SK텔레콤 SEIOAgent 운영팀입니다. OS 버전이 안드로이드 10 미만이거나 국내용 삼성/LG 기기가 아닌 경우 기기에서 설정 > 애플리케이션 > SEIOAgent > [삭제] 버튼을 눌러 앱을 삭제하실 수 있습니다. OS 버전이 안드로이드 11 이상인 국내용(SKT) 삼성/LG 기기인 경우 OS 설치 시 시스템 앱으로 자동 설치되기 때문에 삭제하실 수 없습니다. SEIOAgent는 SKT 유심 부가서비스(NFC, 인증 등) 이용을 위해 꼭 필요한 앱입니다. 이 앱이 삭제되거나 서비스가 정지될 경우 유심 부가서비스를 정상적으로 이용하지 못할 수 있습니다. 감사합니다.
