Ratings and reviews

Had to go through three other ones before it would even connect, and the reviews have been up for years and simple things not fixed. I wake up and the app shows it's not even recording anymore, go to history and... How long has it been recording for? It's a data entry app, how does it show literally 0 amounts of data. Put how long it recorded for, and that's ignoring how terrible the rest of the software is, this is just not usable in this state

BUGGY. I've paid for a home sleep study with this and probably will have no results. When i opened my phone this morning to stop it, it said it was recording via the notification, but app was closed, when i opened it i didn't have the stop recording option. App says it uploaded last night shortly after starting, notification had it as this morning, had to start and stop it again to get it to stop saying recording in progress in my notifications.

Not user friendly. Poor instructions. First night didn't record anything. Second night only recorded about 3 hours calk was told that's enough info for doctor. I used another ring sleep app of a friend. It worked all night and I had several nights with 10 or more incidents of drops some down in70s. But. My insurance uses this app. I will try a third night to see if it will record whole night. Insurance and Healthcare is so frustrating!!!
