App won't connect with Free2 classic earbuds. I installed the latest (1.2.28) version of the app on a new Android 14 phone and an old v10 phone. Both phones pair with the earbuds, but the app does not recognize the earbuds. Reseting them doesn't fix the issue. If the earbuds had decent bass response I wouldn't have even looked for this app, but the sound is thin on both phones—my cheap corded earbuds sounds better—so without the app's bass boost I may return the earbuds for a refund.

The Air4 Pro earbuds are great but the app is SERIOUSLY lacking. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let users customize the touch controls. I never want game mode on & I hate accidentally turning it on. If I can't get used to the touch controls, I may return the product. Update: For touch controls, it says to read the product manual. Why would the app not have the product manual in it? That's just silly.

SoundPeats Air4 is a pretty good headphone, which to switch to different devices. The headphones is responsive to touch. I accidently turn off, switch mode too frequently 1. remove the turn off headphones - no one needs it. If user don't want to hear or listen, they can just not play anything. 2. add individual option to change each touch function. game mode, anc mode, pause/play, skip. volume up, volume down. 3. Have the function to apply function independently from left and right headphones.
