Bluetooth issues. The other reviews pretty much cover it. Problem is compounded by the fact the Amp is so heavily dependent on the app as only way to access certain settings. My primary issue was that my mac was connected so I couldn't connect the android device until I disconnected that. So, "it works". However, 3 is still pretty generous considering how very flaky this is with bluetooth. But, I wanted to put this info in here in case someone is having the conflict. Unreliable and weak.

I've had this amp for a about a year, tones are great and everything was working great in the beginning. Problems started when the THR Remote software stopped running on my Windows 10 PC. I'm an IT professional with over 20 years experience, and I couldn't get it resolved, so I reveted to the Android app. Today I went to use the app on my Galaxy S21 Ultra, and every time I click the Bluetooth icon to pair my Amp with my phone, the app crashes, so now I have no options to control the amp remotely

The app is nearly useless on Android 13 as of Feb 2023. The app wouldn't connect to the amp via Bluetooth. No matter how many times you try to connect, it says: "THR device has disconnected". Only after you restart the phone and re-pair it with the amp, it connects for a short moment and then disconnects again. This badly needs a fix. Otherwise people will all switch to Positive Grid Spark. I'm envious to read that app's review. :-)
