We're not surprised why Go-To (Gojek Tokopedia) is going to bankrupt. Newest UI sucks. Get the previous UI back where we can nicely scroll the photos and the videos from buyers nicely effortlessly. Secondly your recommended courier SiCepat is the most horrible expedition in Indonesia, while my order I placed through J&T they all has arrived safely the day before yesterday but not with through SiCepat still stuck in the sortation center the last 2 days just few kilometers from my place.

They obviously do not care at all about their web users, because the web experience is very bad compared to the mobile app. Also, I find their CS to be unhelpful, especially when dealing with a dispute with a seller. Even if youre a high volume buyer, they treat you like you're an unimportant customer. I would move over to Shopee but I think they would be just as bad.

i never been so dissapointed with tokped, but lately you make me so angry. Before this review i had an issue which make me cannot acces anything in the app (which is pretty fatal flaw), and not to mention changing your UI. And now you changing the UI twice and deleting catogry section in your sorting tab. I dont know who's in charge of UX, but this is crime. Fix it
