Ratings and reviews

They have serious issues with delivery. Ordered an item over 30days still item wasnt delivered. Never order any item you need urgently. Customer service experience very poor, was told to apply for refund till date have not received my payment back. Stay away from this app wont say is a scam but they 1% reliable, else you'll be highly disappointed.

Everytime the app asked for update I have to re logged and doing that they keep rejecting my password now my main problem is I've placed order on 14th April 2024 and it's only 5 of the six items I ordered were delivered I messaged the customer service several times and was told it's still not in I even requested for refunds but still I've proof of everything from payments to chatting with the customer service care please refund me Tospino

A Very terrible app It's my first time using the "app"...I ordered a product and it's about 2 months now I still haven't received my package and I've paid for everything plus it was something I needed urgently 😡, I went ahead to put the order through because of the supposed delivery date which was between 2 to 3 days, kindly find a way to send me my package or refund my money
