Either the UT app or the backend service is dog water. You think you have options, but it's really the same thing over and over. Then you have to manually fail out repeatedly or decline them all 1 by 1 (instead of them being tied together). The screen will refresh and they all reappear anyhow, but you can't tell because they're all using codes. And none of your info is saved. Stop sending me screeners that require I speak Finnish or live in Wyoming! Straight cheeks.

Been trying for 3 days straight to get past the log in page. I've created user name and have had to reset my password going in 5 times now because each time it seems to say it's the wrong one entered, I've even screen shot my entries and always keep it written in a book I've kept for years now. The reviews seem amazing yet it seems like its just that, reviews to make it "seem and look enticing". Phone is fully charged and even tried off my tablet, I was truly excited to see my options. š¤Æ

I love user testing itself, but since the latest app update, if you have to pause the test at all or try to go back to review previous tasks if a web page didn't load or something, you aren't able to see the tasks anymore when you get back to task you were on. it's just a blank page. this is happened now a few times and I've had to quit the test because of technical issues and it's frustrating. it did not used to do this
