Ratings and reviews

No English language. So you cannot check data used. Viettel wants foreigners to use up their data so they can dial back their speed to save money, or to force them to top off their sim if they arent on an unlimited plan. The coverage is nice and quick. But for a major cell phone provider to not have multiple languages it's clear they want to keep you ignorant to how much data you have left. They can hire people to respond to reviews in English on here, but they cannot translate their app?

Would be nice to have an English interface for expats. Thanks for your response. However, keep in mind that Viettel is the only provider whose app doesn't have English. You're pushing expats towards Mobifone and Vinaphone. As we can not use self-service and buy roaming packages online like on other providers, relying solely on our Vietnamese speaking friends/colleagues.

The app took my money TWICE but then the money never showed in my viettel account. I tried to get help on the customer service facebook group and they ignored my messages. Give me my money back Update: they responded and blamed it on my bank and told me to reach out to them. I used a credit card in their payment portal.
