one of the worst operating systems I have ever used, the order was sent from 10/25 until today 11/8 still no progress. Can't contact the post office for delivery, contact the operator but no answer. No support from any party, lost the customer's item, no notification and still maintains the order status as being in transit since 10/27. Too terrible
