This is not a tracking app, the map section only shows you their network of post offices, which is rubish, the tracking servics is redundant, my parcel is a day late and I have had to confirm my address twice so far, what rubish service is Vietel giving their customers, if grab can track their drivers there is no reason for why a tracking app cant do the same. Rubish!

I sent a parcel via Viettel Post and the original carton box appeared to be SWAPPED, with the contents MISSING upon delivery. I did not record a packaging video because their staff told me it was not necessary. Customer service later stated that their cameras could not clearly capture my parcel at any stage, so no clear evidence was available. Combined with slow delivery, this experience caused a complete loss of trust. Please be CAUTIOUS when using this app, especially for valuable items.

PLEASE don't send notification to remind customer to send orders AT 7 IN THE MORNING! I even turned off all notifications related to promotions and reminders, how the heck it is still sending me every day? The notification sound is so weird and creepy, like in a horror movie. Plus the app always tell me that I have a debt in delivery fee whenever I send a COD package, even though I have paid all the fees at the office.
