Why do I need to spend over 10 minutes to click and verify captcha every time I'm tracking my parcel? Its infuriating to say the least. I don't go through this hustle in other apps that offer similar services.

This is not a tracking app, the map section only shows you their network of post offices, which is rubish, the tracking servics is redundant, my parcel is a day late and I have had to confirm my address twice so far, what rubish service is Vietel giving their customers, if grab can track their drivers there is no reason for why a tracking app cant do the same. Rubish!

Bad App for Foreigners & New Maps - Nothing can be viewed in English. Also, recent government map changes haven't been programmed into the app. So in my case I wasted a lot of time attempting to confirm my delivery address, only to keep getting an error message again and again and again.
