Here is my experience. The pros: The app is easy to install and use, it's easy to choose a proper plan. Although, some things can be improved. The app doesn't offer many options to choose or change. The cons: It took about four months from the moment of filing the claim to the moment of receiving a check. However all communication was easy going, all requests for docs were clear and the team helped with all my concerns. As a summary: Will I use this service again? Most likely yes, I will.

The insurance is great, but the App notifications are trying my patience. So far, I entered an American Airlines flight but it somehow got changed into a Finnair flight. Edit: Have given the App a star back. I still have issues with the terminal and gate notifications but it is not as bad as I thought. It seems when the app notifies your terminal or gate the first time it always announced it as a CHANGE, even when it was always that terminal. Unnecessary extra stress. Please reword that.

Well I wanted to purchase insurance for my upcoming trip.... and cant. Because every time i punch all the trip info it and it gets to the purchase screen, its just half loaded with a spinning circle and never loads. Tried on wifi, off wifi (on data), closing out and going back in, etc. So yeah, kinda hard to purchase insurance if the app wont work. Update: raised from 1 star to 3 cuz i was able to buy it on my laptop and then when i logged into the app, my whole policy was there and functional
