Used to love this App. Updated to a paid subscription and it has been a disaster. I cannot upload receipts & when I try.. . I get a pop-up stating I need to upgrade to Premium. When I click upgrade to Premium a pop-up states you are already subscribed to Premium. My credit card was charged and I have no access to Piad Premium features. When attempting to contact customer service you cannot get a live body. It's all via email and thus far no reply. Get your customer service in order.

Inconvenient User Experience Design: You first have to create a group before you can add expenses. On the go, you want your expenses saved as quick as possible. Also, premium for 22€/y is quite a lot asked for basic features.

The application flow and design isn't intuitive. The interface can be simpler. I would recommend trying something else.
