The DPD app offers you a variety of useful features:

● Track: Live tracking lets you see exactly where your package is currently located. We'll tell you exactly when we'll ring you.

● Tax: Determine yourself when and where we deliver your package. If you are not at home, you'll never miss a package again thanks to our change options. For example, we can deliver your parcel to a neighbor, leave it in a safe place, for example, deliver it to the garage or the garden shed, or to a pickup parcel shop of your choice. We also gladly deliver your parcel to another location or day - of course also on Saturdays!

● More personal than ever: Define your individual delivery preferences, such as the desired parcel shop and the parking OK. Or tell us how we can notify you about your package, such as: B. by push message or e-mail.

● Return: With a tap, you can easily return your parcels.

● Send: From now on you can also send your parcels via the DPD app - with just a few clicks and without paperwork thanks to a mobile parcel label.

● Access anytime, anywhere: Register and benefit from automatic synchronization between all your devices, such as mobile devices. Smartphone, tablet and computer. So you have access to your packages at any time and from anywhere.

Ratings and reviews

I have experienced dozens of shipments with DPD now, and I can definitely say they are reliable and, most of the time, on time. I'm very happy with their service and how they handle packages. 👍 However, I am giving 4 stars because the app doesn't show the live location properly, and the delivery status doesn't update correctly. I hope to see these issues improve in the future. Overall, a good service 👌

App was perfect before, but since today's morning it is useless. I don't know if it's some broken update or whatever, but app cannot even start. It is stuck within the cycle of changing between start screen and main page every second, with the frequency that can cause epilepsy. Reinstallation does not help.

App doesn't send push updates although I allowed it all and activated all notifications. Also, I even need to close the app and reopen it in order to see status updates for the shipments. This is not OK
