Quite frequently i have to log in like a new user although I ticked the "stay logged in" feature. Right now I have to uninstall and reinstall the app because nothing works. And even then, after reinstallation and entering my number and password still no go 😭 1 day later: everything works fine as if never any problems existed 🤔 1 month later by now and the app has been running faultlessly. Thank you very much !

This App breaks almost everytime you do anything. Still the only way to use my Sim. Please fix all the Issues this App has. I have put Money on it and i want to use it, but the god damn Login page keeps telling me i have the wrong password after i reset it.

Hallo Bacon Gaming, danke für deine Bewertung. Dass du Einschränkungen in der App hast, bedauern wir sehr. Bitte führe einmal eine Neuinstallation der App durch und lösche vorher den Cache und den Speicher der App in deinen Handyeinstellungen. Klappt es mit dem Login anschließend wieder?

After reinstalling it's still taking it's time to load all the information. My credit is still 12€+ but it won't book the 5€ option because of insufficient credit. I have the same problems on their website. Information loads slowly and 12 < 5. I wrote the support a week ago at 10am but I haven't gotten an answer except for the automated one telling me I would get personal support SHORTLY. I didn't get a response to my mail so I switched to a different provider, I'm not calling your feed hotline.
