Tui Blue = great resorts. The app however, needs some work. When booking a massage, the app crashes everytime. Also, no pricing in the app nor explanations about what massage services are available is dumb When reserving a table for dinner, the app doesn't let you book for the same day, only future days. This is especially a problem when trying to book for the day you arrive

Although some good points, serious lack of basic hotel information such as contact phone Nos, hotel directory, menu themes. Even the hotel map is better downloaded as a pdf After trying to book a restaurant for 3 days, eventually managed to access the bookings to find it fully booked for the rest of my stay. As I didn't book the hotel via TUI and it's not a TUI hotel (just uses their brand) much of the app is no use to me.

Useless app. Provided little or no value. I gave up when searching for the hotel I was staying, the predictive search doesn't work
