There was no trial at all. I bought the year, and once I filled in everything and was able to get a look at the app..... it crashed. I haven't been able to get it running even once. I'm out a 100 for the tag and a 100 for the subscription, and I can't even use the app. Don't buy it!!!! My phone told me to put it in deep sleep since it keeps crashing to keep my phone running smoothly.

I have had this for over a year and a half. It is not accurate enough to tell you where your dog is more like were your dogs been. always 3 min behind. if your dog is on the run this is not going to help much. Also they are slow to roll out any advancements to new technology. still no watch face for the galaxy watches. before you buy make sure you research all the pet tracking apps to see if it is compatible with your devices.

This app needs a complete overhaul. It hasn't gotten a major update in the 6 years I've been using it. Trackers won't sync on their own. You have to go to each page and wait for it to connect then back out of the page and then go back into it to see the updated points count. The amount of times we've had to contact support is insane. At least they are responsive. We used to have the GPS and it was completely useless garbage.
