It was great at first, now the pop-up alrerts no longer work. NO notifications unless you open the app. A shame will uninstall. ☹️ Reinstalled and NOTHING has changed still don't get notifications unless I go into the app ☹️

Overall good/useful, but the missing persons alerts need more geotailoring, images, or opt out. I have no idea how I (Brooklyn resident) am supposed to help locate an individual with dementia from Freeport based on height and eye color.

Useful, but cannot turn off missing persons alerts I got this at the start of COVID and I'm glad to have it in case there's a local emergency. But would you knock it off with the missing persons! What am I supposed to do with these? Most are not nearby, some are not even in the city! This is NYC, it's nuts to thing I'm going to recognize someone from Nassau while walking down the streets of FiDi. It's effectively spam.
