WEIGHT CALCULATION FOR 1RM / MUSCLE / STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT

To use this application developed for physical activity lovers going to the gym:
1- Go to the burnout, take note of the weight and repetition.
2- In the "Weight" section, enter the weight lifted from your exhaustion set.
3- In the "Repeats" section, enter the number of repetitions performed in this set.

Note: Please do not exercise without warming up! When calculating, make sure that the movement is in form, effective and complete, and exhaustive.

4- By pressing the "Strength / Muscle Development" button, the number of repetitions you need to do for muscle mass gain and strength increase and the amount of weight to be used will be calculated over our 1RM weight calculated.

Note: this calculation is the average value. calculated using accepted formulas. Please do not use unconsciously and do not encourage use. Perform calculations and applications under the supervision of experts.
