Ratings and reviews

They constantly block your card for no reason. Then you need to call their hotline, which has very very short opening hours. When you call, the call menu will constantly kick you out (hang up on you) for no reason and without warning. The support chat also often kicks you out without warning and is very buggy. It's all-around annoying.

Logging in with a security code is fast and works well, but when I try to log in with my fingerprint, the app often fails to load the fingerprint scanner and only shows the background. I have to close and reopen the app many times before it works. It’s inconvenient when I need to transfer money quickly. I hope Timo will fix this issue soon. Overal, it's a great app.

Opened an account with Timo, but their app couldn’t even register my biometrics for authentication, meaning I couldn’t transfer money. After a week, they still couldn't fix it. I’m not the only one facing this issue either. Ended up closing the account without using it. Avoid if you don’t want to waste your time!
