Absolutely awful. I am a 30 year traveler and used every popular travel app known to man. After an hour on Vietnam Airlines app trying to book a flight I gave up. Regardless of User Name/Password it won't let me log in, it won't let you use simple characters like # in your password, when you launch the app it kills all audio on your devices, when you launch the app it puts me in the UK, select the flights, then it decides I am in the USA and resets the booking form back to the Home Page, everyth

Was working last week... barely. Now, everytime I open the app, it says they are working on bug fixes and I need to update it with the update button. Can't click anything else. If I click update, it takes me to the Google Play store and there is no update option. This app is un-useable! Maybe I shouldn't fly with Vietnam Airlines...

I am unsure if US or non Vietnam residents have the same issue. When booking flights through the app, the flight information is not easily accessible. The only way to look up the information is by entering the confirmation or ticket number. I reached out to the customer service department via the chat option. The delay in response is horrible. The chat will restart with a new agent due to time out, which, again, it's due to the horrible response time. Customer service needs to improve.
