Olive Rec is an App developed by Aedit s.r.l. through a participatory approach of co-creation with end users, as part of the activities of the Olive Rec project, funded by the 1st open call of the GEN4OLIVE project (G.A. n. 101000427).

Olive Rec aims to support olive tree pre-breeding activities, facilitating the collection of data on olive trees, both by expert technicians and citizens, through participatory monitoring.

Within a varietal collection, Olive Rec allows you to associate a physical tag with a QR code, installed on the plant, to the plant itself, to uniquely identify it.

This will allow variety collection coordinators and expert technicians to collect data on the plants in the collection.

Olive Rec also allows citizens to report particular olive trees by filling in a participation form and detecting the GPS point.
