About this app

OCFL 311 assists Orange County Florida residents to report local non-emergency community issues conveniently and efficiently by submitting reports regarding animals, traffic signs, potholes, graffiti, sidewalk repair, and many other common issues. Many of these reports can be submitted quickly and anonymously. Residents who provide their contact information can view the status of their reports to ensure proper resolution. Also, OCFL 311 conveniently maps locations of important community issues so residents can be aware of events that may impact their neighborhood.

I have used this app multiple times to file a report about a light out, a tree branch down, a road sign blocked as well as just to let you know there's a lot of trash on the side of the road. Every time they have replied within one business day and it typically takes less than a week to get most of the jobs done depending on how much has to go into it. you may not use the app often but when you need it it's easy to use and navigate through

Seems to be a great tool for communicating issues, but in the several reports I have made, the location I submitted gets translated to a nearby address, which is not correct. Why not screenshot the map we created when we move the location pin. Also, the pictures I attached were not sent to the people that got the report. What's the use of taking pictures?

I have always found this app to be very useful and an effective way of getting the county to either do something or inform me about something. Wish more places had something like this and while the app itself could do a bit of a UI refresh in the functionality more than makes up to it.
