The app itself is good, but good luck logging in if you get logged out. I have used the same password for years on most things. (Bad I know). But when trying to log into this app it always says my password and or user ID is wrong. I've had to call tech support too many times trying to log in an its simply just frustrating. Again the app itself works great. Love everything about it. Just hope you never get logged out.

The app no longer connects. Unusable. It is impossible to contact support. Reinstalled, but this did not fix the issue. My credentials work at the website, but the app no longer recognizes them. I get a bad gateway, and authentification failed when I tried to use the app to sign in. However, the same credentials work at the website. THE DEVELOPER CONTACTED ME ASAP SAYING THEY ARE WORKING IT.

I have had no negative experience using the app or banking with becu. I honestly have to say they have been the most customer service oriented banking establishment I've ever used in the almost 30 years I've had a bank account. The app has never had any issues for me personally, it's always been smooth and without frustration, I appreciate greatly that there are no stupid ads popping up while I'm using the app.. overall I'd recommend the app and bank to anybody 100%
