My CUF is your online personal area, where you can safely access a set of functionalities and personalized information about your activity in CUF hospitals and clinics.

- Consult the status of requests for authorization of surgeries and hospitalization
- View and download cleared invoices
- Make online payments of invoices by ATM, Credit Card or MB WAY
- Consult the waiting times of the nearest permanent call

Ratings and reviews

This app is really, really bad and basically useless. It shows me that invoices and results for exams are available but I can't open them. When trying to send a message to my clinic, I can't choose a subject and it won't let me send it. Every time I close the app it logs me out. When I tried to add my credit card, it charged me one cent and the card didn't show up in the app anyway. You should take some inspiration from the Hospital da Luz app. That one works perfectly.

Barely works, it's super slow, sometimes I have to go back and try again, multiple times. I feel like I'm fighting the app in order to be able to do what I should be able to do without effort. It takes ages to load (when it even loads), and sometimes it loads with incorrect information

Everything is unstable on this app. I scheduled appointments and on the same day they don't show up anymore. My prescriptions and exams results vanishes and sometimes I try to reschedule an appointment and it schedules for a different time and date... not very trustworthy.
