I put 1100 dinars on my sim and MTS completely wasted it (money disappeared in 20 seconds) instead of renewing my tariff. I contacted support and got no compensation (pretty obvious that this mistake fixable in couple of minuts). This is nonsense and complete disrespect to customers. In addition, sometimes application simply doesn't work on login phase

The reason for the low rating is that every once in a while, sometimes even once a week, the app logs you out, does not work, does not send the confirmation code when you want to log in... Pitty, it is (could be) a nice & useful app in general but not reliable at all and it has been very frustrating for some time...

App is not in function! I can't enter any link from the menu, for bills, for paying bills... There are only 2 options: -pripeid- and -pay for other person-. To pay my bill, I can only use a link from SMS.
