Impossible to login on app. Impossible to login on tv app. Only able to log in on web. At least that works so I can cancel this robbery of a subscription

after the update it won't work on my samsung tablet it keeps saying wrong password or id, and with the same pass/id it works fine on my motorola phone, I don't think they are testing or give a damn to create a working app

The app cannot be installed on my Samsung Smart TV. I am not able to log onto the app on my phone using the same credentials that let me log onto the move website. After I installed the app on Chromecast the QR code scan sends me to apple store so I am blocked there too. The support chat on the website doesn't work either. Total disaster!!!
