Terrible app, many pages do not have a "back" button so you are continually logged out. When logging in you usually get a "something went wrong" message. Also no longer able to use a PIN to log in so 2FA every time. Previously you could log in with ease if you turned off wifi (so using O2 network), but that no longer works. it used to work so well.

I don't know what's happening to this o2, whether it's the app or the join to virgin media orsomething else,but iv been trying to sign in to my account for last couple of days and I still can't get in. keeps repeating the same thing ,wants my email then sends me a verification email that I have to click on to confirm its me but then nothing ! I end up back to same page asking me to enter my email but repeats the same action ,I can't get into my account at all now ,ridiculous ! used to be easy.

You've managed to ruin an app that was working perfectly. The login process is now a convoluted mess. I’ve requested login links more times than I can count. Each one opens a browser page, starts a countdown, then just… closes. No login, no access, nothing. You’ve taken a straightforward process and replaced it with something completely unreliable and overcomplicated for no reason. What exactly was wrong with the old method?
