Extremely buggy, particularly for international travelers / visitors. This is due to the security protocols within the app design. It is only possible to make one purchase with each credit or debit card added to the app. Any attempts at a subsequent purchase will be automatically declined. Once you've been able to load a ticket or pass onto the app, it's great. Works on every mode of transport within the Stockholm region.

Works if you know all the options for your trip before. "planning and arrival times are a joke. Favourites haven't worked for some time, app just crashes when adding. The "recent"in both trip and destination searches is a joke. This isn't anything difficult to fix and whatever the reason DEV has to justify it is invalid and ridiculous. Get your sh**t together.

The app "works" but has ALOT of issues.. some functions are nice, like paying for ticket and refilling your card. But it lacks alot when it comes to core functionality, many 3rd party apps are much better in my opinion. You cannot exclude trains or any means of transportation, and since Pendeltåg in Sweden is not working since a year back, it's a big problem, so every trip i try to search for is incorrect and i cannot change any settings to correct this, so the app is more or less useless.

Hello and thank you for your review. It is possible to exclude any means of transportation in your search. Go to "Travel" > make your search > press "Journey settings".
