Extremely buggy, particularly for international travelers / visitors. This is due to the security protocols within the app design. It is only possible to make one purchase with each credit or debit card added to the app. Any attempts at a subsequent purchase will be automatically declined. Once you've been able to load a ticket or pass onto the app, it's great. Works on every mode of transport within the Stockholm region.

Warning!!! When I purchase a ticket in the app and present the QR code to the reader, it automatically activates Samsung Pay and charges my credit card without asking for authentication via PIN or fingerprint. It's so stealthy I only noticed the multiple charges months later. There's no way to prevent this unless I turn off NFC on my phone settings each time. Interestingly, SL hasn't fixed this issue after all these years. They don't mind grabbing money from people who are oblivious to this.

Stupid, stupid, stupid app! it doesn't work as it should. I paid €20 for a day pass that kept losing the QR code meaning I had to pay for my journeys with my credit card. So frustrating, I missed many sites waiting for the QR code to appear and then had to pay again when it didn't work. For this traveller from Sydney, it was a pain in the neck and I would not recommend it to anyone. The bus drivers were no help, saying they knew nothing about it, even though their jackets carried the SL logo!
