This app is full of wisdom, good judgement and allows the user to face into the future with fortitude. It made me feel supported, and I appreciated its flexibility of use and the range of skills it taught me. I am grateful, and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a helping hand to work through grief.

Top class app. I really didn't think an app could help me in my darkest hour but it is a fantastic tool. The beginning was very difficult and painful with some heart wrenching moments during reflection where it was difficult to take a breath. But, ur gets a little easier. The course is gentle and you can pace yourself. It provides you with an opportunity and the time to be kind to yourself. I would 💯 recommend. Thank you Julia.
