Been struggling with the Vodapay app since My Vodacom became obsolete - so slow I am having to resort to using USSD. I updated my app thinking it might help, but it's even slower. In theory it's a great app. There is a possibility that the slowness is due to network/coverage issues, which we have had in our area for years, but it's so frustrating paying high prices for services and then having to run around waving one's device in the air to try find signal. Sadly it just seems to get worse.

I absolutely hate that they moved my Vodacom into this app. None of my contacts are showing. It won't let me add them. I used to just go on the vodacom app and pay. Over and above that there are no banking details on the vodacom invoices. Why is everything with vodacom so frustrating. Response: I've got no issue with change, i have an issue that I can't see or add my contracts. The new app has less functionality. Innovation is meant to improve user experience.

Terrible app and I see many reviews agree with me on the next points. Not impressed by the overload of options on each screen. I would inactivate 90% of everything I see if I could but I believe this is part of your marketing to thrust all of this in customers' faces. Shame. I only use this app if it is absolutely necessary. I also don't appreciate having to add money to my account to buy "better" deals. If I have airtime available, this should be enough to use for ANY deal. Shame shame shame.
