Really upset that they have not updated their app to be able to work on Android 10. Have tried calling yoco 4 or 5 times and they have done nothing to help and have deliberately chosen not to contact me back. Have since updated the app... But still not fixed the problem. I have given multiple chances for them to make it right. App doesn't load when we click on it... Says "loading store.". Been this way for 3 months. Hoping for resolution...but until they do, they deserve 1 star.

The old app was absolutely perfect. This app is near worthless. So many issues with everyday things. Can't update stock levels, creating payment links are an issue (selecting product variants), and don't get me started on the "SUPPORT"! Once you're making progress and they finally understand what the issue is, a bot will time out the chat and mark the issue as resolved, so you have to start over from scratch with a new person, until inevitably the bot closes the chat again. How is this okay?!

Unable to insert amount for initial stock count, add to existing number, remove. They removed the option to do the product sales on the phone, forcing you to download another app, which is even more frustrating. So many glitches, bugs and errors. Why remove simplicity and make it more complicated? We want simple, straight to the point, easy access. Too much fancy stuff is extremely annoying. Please bring back simplicity and fix the glitches.
