A little stiff but a definitely big improvement since last time when I tried just to download the app and didn't let me because "this app it's not available in your country" I bought the phone overseas, but I was in Canada at the time of download and using a Canadian cellphone provider. Anyway, taking the picture of yourself is a little tricky, app developer definitely should add a 2 seconds timer!!! It took me a few good times till I was able to get a clear picture... Push button / stay still..

Never works! This app is a joke. Much like most of what BC has to offer. I've follwed every direction to get it back to performing properly. Re-set, re installed, re-verified my identity, all but give a kidney. Yet it consistently never ever works. This is EXTREMELY inconvenient. I cant log into my CRA, i cant show my vaccination records. Not ok. Fix this app!! Its pretty bad that almost every review states the same issues consistently yet..nothing ever improves. Its useless.

Most services will have another way for you to access their service, if you are having difficulty logging in to a particular government service, like CRA, you need to contact the service's support team directly, at 1-800-959-8281. If you need assistance with BC Service Card app, contact us 1.888.356.2741 or email at BCServicesCard@gov.bc.ca.

Litterally never opens up. I have to reinstall this thing every time. Most phones keep unused apps in deep sleep mode, and I'm fairly certain thats what keeps breaking this app. I'm not sure why the government has such trouble developing an app a high schooler couldv done
