Ratings and reviews

I am an evacuee and use this app often. It provides me with most of the information I need. I am finding that the map zoom auto resizes the fonts so small that it is very frustrating when trying to read the mountain names or steet names. This has added to my frustration as I try and watch the fire perimeter in relation to my house.

terrible app; does not size correctly for me to read sections, don't get notifications no matter how often I set and reset. I have checked my Chrome and web settings as it advises. last year's version was so much more reliable- lol and this version touts it should be easier to use across multiple devices, mine is a 2025 Samsung

Don't understand the low ratings, works fine for me. Reported fires show up quickly on the map and status seems to be updated quickly. Zooming the map to my area works fine for me. Used the reporting feature and it seemed to work well and uploaded photos no problem. Does it's intended job.
