About this app

ProductTube is an application that rewards shoppers for making short videos about the products that they buy and consume.

These videos are used for market research purposes to guide product manufacturers on how to improve their products to better meet consumer needs. These videos are never used to market the products and never shared with other websites. It is much easier and much more rewarding than traditional online surveys.

The new updates cause a lot of lag. I will get notifications in my email and on my phone that show me new projects are available, but when I go on the app it's never there. I refresh, I close out the app, I have even restarted my phone and it still doesn't show up. It's very frustrating. At times, after qualifying for a project, it won't refresh and it's stuck in the qualifying phase. "Sorry! You have already taken this survey ". I miss a lot of opportunities due to the poor app performance.

I've been using this app for almost a year. I absolutely love it, as a collector of action figures, it can get expensive. This is the perfect way to fund my hobby. Video reviews are very straightforward and the instructions to do them are easy to understand. The virtual isles I pretty much skip, those I admit, do make more Amazon cash but are more trouble than they are worth. I highly recommend this app. Customer service has been pretty good, at least to me, and have quickly rectified mistakes.

I absolutely love this app. If you need a little extra cash, this is it. They do pay through Amazon gift card. and after submitting it it doesn't take that long for the process. the only thing I do not like about the app that after recording and you hit stop it doesn't load it'll just go back to the page. which can be a little annoying. so then you have to either re record it or miss out on it. also right now they do not have an referral code for references yet which us a downer.
