Frustrating to use.. when it works without fuss, it does juuust what you need it to do before it gets laggy and just doesn't function as much as you'd expect it to. Random zooms, in and out.. but tapping on an actual bus route icon is the worst. You tap the icon to see if it's on time or not, and 99.9% of the time, it'll act like you tapped a random stop! Over and over. Needs an overhaul.. as it is now, its functionality is subpar.

Baffling that you have to already know which route you want, there is no provision for seeing where you are and what routes are nearby. There is no overview map of routes either. If you do know the route, you can't list or see the daily schedule. App crashes a lot of you move off it and back. Realtime position of buses is cool if you already know what bus you are on or need. There is a from-to mapping app, but not very useful if you don't know specifics, like a new rider wouldn't.

Back to being a data and resource hog. It doesn't need all that extra access and information. I'm just looking up a bus schedule! PLEASE STOP MAKING UPDATES FOR NO REASON. The new update completely messed up the app. It no longer uses a "full view" for anything. It forces the lists and maps to be displayed using exactly half of the screen, or in an immersive view, and then you have to scroll thru a small window within a window. Can't see the times or routes anymore! Totally useless app now! 😑
