Ratings and reviews

This app is really helpful for getting the real-time schedules and service alerts like when the buses will be down for federal holidays, but I have one major issue. Whenever I select a particular stop or bus, I can't select another or even go back to the same one after zooming out without closing the app altogether and restarting it. I also wish I could buy tickets in the same app because having two separate ones gets really annoying when you're running late

as of today, 8/21/25, app stopped working entirely after I deleted it and reinstalled it. Thought it was my service, but checked fb, nope. that app works fine. so. its NOT my cellular service. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE APP FUNCTIONS where you click on one stop, and then go to check a connecting stop...and the app does not work. I HAVE TO close out the app and REOPEN it just to figure out ALL my stops. and no, sometimes I dont want to use the trip planner. bc it will suggest routes I DONT want to take

I tried clicking on the route, it immediately unselected. I went through clunky trip planning which wouldn't load my location, and then it just took me to Google Maps for my route. I don't need to install an app to take me to Google Maps, I can do that myself.
