Works fairly well but has a couple bugs no.1 it shuts off when screen turns on or off. Sometimes it comes back sometimes not. Not good. no.2 my location is needed why? no.3 the batteries do not charge at the same rate not apps fault. And I understand the life is longer if they don't charge to 100%. Overall great work great hearing aids.

The aides never charged correctly. And would not stay connected or not connect at all. Not happy. This was my second set due to the charging issues. Would not waste the money..

Company is out of business. Registered warranty one yr ago. Called number for warranty claim. Voice recording followed by disconnect. Called warranty issuer not same number to file a claim the call was answered and now is Medical Alert. No longer affiliated with hearing assist. Buyer beware. Number for this app support answered in China no Multilingual support.
