I gave it 2 stars because the setup was easy. My background, nursing license, etc all verified quickly. Unfortunately, when I try to use it, it gives me an error message, saying that I have not set up a payment account, which I have. Customer service is slow to respond and unable to resolve issues. To date, I am unable to accept visits and still get this error message. UPDATE: dropping to 1 star, since still unable to use despite repeated requests...our agency will switch to Kinnser altogether.

This app is garbage. They constantly email and solicit clinicians to do visits and then force you to try and use an app that constantly crashes, randomly throws errors etc...Axxess itself is a great documentation platform but this app is complete trash and a waste of time. Don't bother taking time out of your day to try and register, you will just continue to frustrate yourself and get nothing out of it. If you cannot publish a functional app, STOP reaching out to clinicians to do pool work!

Doesnt let you sign in, it requires a email and password, but doesnt let you type in a password at all, only the email just to say invalid after.
