Ratings and reviews

the EVV doesn't work frequently, saying I'm not close enough to the address (even though I'm literally in their living room). whenever an update occurs, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work again, even when I manually update the app. when it works, it is a very simple app to use and provides enough room to write a complicated note when needed.

Cannot log in to save my life. Have put in my email and password correctly and was able to get to the part where you set your pin. Once I set my pin it kicked me out with an error code stating I was logged in to another account or that my login timed out. I know either aren't likely. I have submitted an email to customer support but have yet to even receive an email that they received my email. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.

I've had some issues in the past like logging difficulties, unable get pt's signatures because the app states the location is not correct when I'm inside the pt's home. Now If I work on my mobile, if I try to open note on my laptop it says it's locked and I can't unlock, and if it does all data is lost.
