BTS Driver, when combined with the Mechanic section of the BelTransSputnik transport management system, allows you to:
Optimize the MECHANIC's workflow:
- Assign a driver to a vehicle in one of two modes: assign a specific vehicle to a specific driver or specify available vehicles for subsequent independent booking and assignment.
- Receive notifications about breakdowns and shortages automatically and in real time.
- Quickly identify the person responsible for the breakdown. All faults reported by drivers are visible in the web version of the system – information for any period will not be lost or forgotten.
Provide the DRIVER with a convenient tool for managing the fleet:
- Book vehicles for travel.
- Open vehicles without a key.
- Complete vehicle acceptance and return inspections upon departure and return according to a customizable template. - promptly record all malfunctions, attach photos of detected faults and shortages, and leave comments.
Show the DRIVER key metrics related to their performance and work volume:
- mileage traveled for each trip and for the period.
- number of completed orders, provided the driver uses the Logimus Route app.
- driving quality indicators: fuel efficiency and accident probability.
- trip violations, which will help you understand how to improve your driving quality, increase fuel efficiency, and reduce the likelihood of accidents in the future.
- rating, or in other words, your position among colleagues, for any period of interest.
