App is low quality. It lags and is just not esthetically pleasing to the eye. I used to have regence BCBS and their app was great. It was modern. Simple and easy to use without the lag and it had biometric login! They need to add biometrics login because having to put in a password every time is ridiculous. Also the app is just not simple enough. People like simplicity. They like to be able to have the app tell them right in front of their face their benefits and how much their at in OOP $$

single sign on is failing preventing my profile, virtual care and emailing support all fail. white page blue spinning circle then I get an sso failed connection aborted. worse update ever who ever is responsible for integration doesn't know what they are doing. Now virtual care is down when I need it the most. Time for a new provider.

Spent quite a long time attempting to set up an account. Called tech support and was able to set up account via website site, only to have the app tell me AGAIN that my username and password aren't correct. What a great start to my new health insurance. I'm deleting the app and not wasting another minute on your website either. I'll take my chances on snail mail. 😡
