No longer updates balance after making a payment. Instead, it shows the payment pending, but the original balance is the same as before. This has led to multiple cases recently where my account dropped anywhere from $40-400 lower than expected because the system no longer subtracts pending payments, leading me to believe that I have more than I actually do. I've been using this app for about 5 years now; this was never an issue until recently. This could cause a lot of damage if unchecked.

I've brought this up to Dupont, and they said they can't do anything about they're own app! Account Balances are innacurate, and they take hours to update or after you have physically went there to talk to them. The app crashes constantly which gets worse with each update and their website is just as useless. I'll recieve "Session is expiring" immediatly after logging in and it pops up throught my active usage in the app. It will take 3 days when making a transfer from savings to checking.

Never had a problem using this app. Occasionally, if they do an update I might not be able to log in right away, but they've got it resolved within a day easy. I get pretty quick responses if I email them through the app if I've got an issue. All in all, a great app and great service from the staff!
