Easy-to-use requests for home help. Affordable and worth it. My only complaint is the first people assigned to you half the time are the worst, and don't fix the issue. Multiple times, I've had to have 3 requests for the same issue until the assigned another company, with no way to request a blacklist of original, failed company.

at first AHS was great. Service pros came out in a timely manner and was able to fix the issue in one visit. over the years my premium has went up a lot and the the pros have gotten worse. I had one not show up at all, one who came 6 times and never fixed the issue, but the real issue is my heat. appointment has changed 4 times today & they still don't know when they will be there. I have no heat and it's 10 outside colder overnight. I got kids & missed appointments because of this!

This is the worst home warranty I ever had. There is no option to enter directly review for their services on the website. Zero customer service! They just hired cheap contractors to do a poor job. More like a hit and trial. There is no limit .on the tries as they come change one part or the other. They dont care if in It takes months and months to resolve a problem. They just give you pre-programmed answers. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are working to fix the problem. Good luck!!
