Thoroughly disappointed. Agreed to upgrade my service to the next tier a couple weeks into our agreement, but they cancelled our roof coverage add on that was already purchased. Now I'm being told there's nothing that can be done to reverse that until the renewal period a year from now! So now we're out the extra money from the upgraded package and they've eliminated the roofing coverage we had at the start. What an absolute letdown as first time homebuyers. Terrible customer service.

This is the worst home warranty I ever had. There is no option to enter directly review for their services on the website. Zero customer service! They just hired cheap contractors to do a poor job. More like a hit and trial. There is no limit .on the tries as they come change one part or the other. They dont care if in It takes months and months to resolve a problem. They just give you pre-programmed answers. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are working to fix the problem. Good luck!!

The video chat feature is not working. I've used it before with no issue but for the last couple of weeks it has not worked. I'll enter in the relevant info then click "start video chat" and nothing happens. I've tried reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and I even submitted a bug report about this. I'll change this review to 5 stars if someone can help me get the video chat feature to work again.
