The app works for what I need it to do, however, the transition from the original app to this new one is pathetic! No notification of a new app, just a message upon login to the original that the system is down for maintenance and to try again later. What an absolutely botched revamp of an app that worked just fine! Completely unnecessary! And that you had to verify me, and make me reset my password with this is some bull. Thanks for nothing.

Poor, was never notified that they were updating anything and changing the app. Now that I got that figured out it seems that the app is always down for maintenance still. Elevations used to be great and then they changed routing numbers to make it very hard for direct deposit and now I can't even deposit a check without going to the bank. It's ridiculous.

This is the most annoying banking app I've ever used. Seriously considering switching banks. IMO Elevations has never really been a great bank for bill pay, but this makes it even more annoying. I now have to get text messages to authorize paying bills that I've been paying since the account with Elevations was created. It's not user friendly.
