Ratings and reviews

The developer thought it was a good idea to name this app "Providers & ID Card", so if you install it and can't find it on your phone, search for that instead. The app makes it hard for people to use a password manager to log in (focus is automatically lost on the fields). After manually searching for the app and putting my password in, my account is locked out and I don't know how to unlock it. The website isn't working and their phone support just hangs up.

Not good for anything other than viewing your id cards. They needed an app for that? Can't even search for claims. Pointless.

Can't copy anything to the clipboard. I had to remember the member id, address, and retype it into the form for my dentist. Absolutely unusable.
