5% vat while purchase, 10% refund charge(which changes by the will of company anytime) Bajus regulations imply 10% charge for ornament refunds but in this case- no ornament in involved. Don't be impulsive.

Sir, payment of 5% VAT is a govt policy & as of 22.09.2024, a 10% refund charge applies for gold sold in-app & 17% after delivery, as per BAJUS guidelines. For clarification call our helpline at 09610964653.
