The most useless and offensive customer service I've ever had the misfortune to use. I sent a parcel to customer that has gone missing, but when trying to fix the issue, all I can access is as a customer that simply informs to to contact the seller!!!! There is no means to speak to a human to resolve issues, just a chatbot and automated phone number. And zero access to help as a sender. This means instead of solving issues, I have to refund, and lose all my money and goods.

Add 'live track' to see exactly where they are, if you gonna make an app that does one thing, make sure its the best. I don't see why you have a separate Track tab, if you can get there from the home screen. From home I tap once, on the actual order and see EVERYTHING, but you want me to tap 'track' for ???? That's one tap for tab and another for the order, you get it now ? 1hr+ late, no call back, no explanation and I need to go out, 2hr window not enough for you?

Terrible. Tells me the same errors the website does and only seen to be aware of a single parcel when they're are two. Attempting to talk to someone after three failed deliveries in the space of 48 hours, it gives me a bot, not a person. Then asks me for the tracking number the computer generated person cannot seem to pull from my account or the app.
