Once you put it in exercise mode it won't respond to touch screen. I looked on line and people said to let the battery run out. THEN it will reset and respond. How dumb is that??!! Fix the problem in an update, it's been an issue for years!! Update. Now every morning the watch is disabled and all sleep data is lost. I keep getting a message that some devices can't be linked when it was for months. Did Amazon find a way to force users to pay monthly to stay connected OR forced 3rd party ads?

This app is the worst about not not counting all of my sleep. If I wake up during the night, it discards the sleep before waking and starts counting only when I fall back asleep, leading to incorrect sleep totals about half of the time. Same happens if I take a nap. It makes the reporting all wrong and not useful. Also, the band just randomly comes unsnapped on the watch, preventing the app from being able to track during that time.

Nice while it worked. Watch told me that it wasn't connected to my phone. Tried all sorts of steps to reconnect. Then factory reset the watch and now it won't pair. I've tried with 2 different watches and no luck. The app shows it was updated June 7th. Maybe it messed up the app. Poor work in their part to test. I will not give this brand another chance, especially for the price that was paid...
