This app stopped working around 2019 - won't accept my login credentials. IBX has advised me to Uninstaller, then reinstall. This fixes the problem, until the next time I try to log on. I've gone through this process multiple times, and it's getting old. Can't even reset the password, because it asks me to answer a security question, without showing the question. I'm done with this app until they fix it.

0 stars if poss! Had issues with this app since 2020 on every samsung galaxy I've owned. It continues to "load", so every time access is needed there is a 50/50 chance whether you actually will be able to access it. My plan has a deductible but when I want to view benefit usage, it states this plan has no deductible. That's a new one! Oh and. Search for a provider"? Forget about it. You'll continue to be exported to a failed link, until you clear the cache for the 100th time.

Awful, why would you put an app out there that is this bad, it keeps crashing, won't let you sign in, I needed to file for a rebate for a purchase I made in March, still have not gotten it .
