App just stopped working. It used to work pretty good. I uninstalled it & unable to reinstall it. Too bad. The app was good at one point. Maybe it will be fixed one day. As an update, the app works very well and is quite helpful for the functions that I need ie. 'bill pay', transfers, checking the acct. balance, etc. Whatever was causing problems with the app has been resolved and I am quite pleased with the app.

Love RSB. Less thrilled with app. It's fine to review account activity or transfer funds. But this is the 3rd time I've tried to deposit a check with it. Taking a photo of the front of the check can be tricky, but the back is ONEROUS!!! 1st, background was too light. Couldn't find check corners. Moved it to a dark surface, and it was TOO dark! Then it couldn't read my endorsement in BLACK ink even though it was clear in the photo. Won't put myself through that torture again!

This app USED to work decently enough. It was a fair option for my dad to deposit checks since he has limited mobility. NOW however it cuts off the edges of the document, won't let me adjust the corners of the capture field, and then consistently gives an error message saying the edges are not visible as if the app itself isn't the REASON WHY. SUPER FRUSTRATING. Now I'm stuck making frequent in person trips to the bank for this simple task. Makes me want to switch to chase.
