Definitely the best of the 3 mc taxi out there, just need one more feature to make it perfect, the auto accept set destination feature for those who want to go home. This feature will make JR perfect. It prevent long travel home without passengers and make us accept more passengers knowing that wherever we go we can do auto accept with set destinatio. Hope they consider adding this feature so everyone will be happy 😁

please improve your system 80 percent of the passenger complaining that they can't see the actual location of the driver. In their apps, the car is not moving even if the car was very near in the pick-up location. That's why they made booking cancellation. Please do the needful. Another issue was that the recent passenger location pinned is not matching in the driver's app. Please check also

The apps is friendly but it would be more convinient to all riders if the management will put set destination so all the riders will benifit, other ride hailing apps do have already the set destination so if others made it why can't they do it so. All riders have the same problem or request that someday the management will put set destinations on the apps. For intance the rider is in Las Pinas and he wants to go home in quezon city, having the set destination in the apps it would be easy
